Return & Refund Policy

You can return most items purchased at an OGalax for a full refund within 7 days after delivery.

If you want to make a return, please contact our customer service. Our courier service will pick up returning items from your provided address at your convenience.

As all our products are branded and purchased of highest quality, we always make sure all customers receive products in their best quality and shape.

Refunds will be issued by the bank transfer or Easy Paisa. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping, handling and return costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

We are happy to return or exchange any product with original packing and tags except makeup & beauty products, children products and undergarments due to hygiene concerns.

We suggest our customers to pay full attention prior to place an order and check if you are satisfied with the product size, color and shape. Details are given in description box of each product item. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing an order on the website. This can be done by sending an email or by contacting our customer service. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. OGalax keeps the right to cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
